enhanced diamonds may not sound that great when it comes to bragging rights but if they allow you to purchase a lot bigger and better looking diamond why wouldn't they be. Depending on the type of enhancement process used you could have a enhanced diamond that's hard to tell from a natural diamond and the quality could also be up there with a natural diamond too.

Quality varies with enhanced diamonds simply because of the different enhancement processes that can be used and the many people that perform them. If the enhancement process was not done by a professional then you could get a very low quality diamond so be careful when buying from someone you have never dealt with before.
